What to include

  • License or activation help: the email address you used at checkout and your order reference from the Dodo Payments receipt. Never post your license key publicly.
  • Moving to a new Mac: first choose Deactivate this Mac in NotchOwl Settings › License, then activate on the new Mac.
  • Bug reports: your NotchOwl and macOS versions, what you did, and what you expected to happen.
  • Refunds: request one within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the conditions.
