Terms of Service — NotchOwl

These terms apply to the NotchOwl website and Mac app. By using NotchOwl, you agree to these terms.

1. About NotchOwl

NotchOwl is a native Mac daily planner with tasks, focus timers, a daily notepad, reminders, an optional Calendar agenda, and progress insights. The app requires macOS 14 or later. The current installer is for Apple silicon Macs.

2. Your license

NotchOwl is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. The $4.9 license allows activation on up to 3 Macs and includes all NotchOwl features and lifetime updates.

Keep your license key secure. To move an activation to another Mac, first deactivate the current Mac in NotchOwl Settings. The 3-Mac activation limit applies across your active Macs.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If NotchOwl isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email adityaships66@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. This guarantee is available after activation.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your tasks, notes, and other planner content. Use NotchOwl lawfully and respect the privacy and intellectual property of others. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data; the app provides local JSON export.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local planner storage, optional Calendar and notification permissions, license activation, and website performance measurements.

6. Updates and availability

We may update NotchOwl to improve its features, compatibility, or reliability. Features and system requirements may change. Your purchase includes lifetime updates without a recurring subscription.

7. Limitations

NotchOwl is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
